Baggage:

• This fare includes 14kg carry-on baggage. This must consist of two items, with each item weighing no more than 7kg.
• This fare includes 30kg checked in baggage

• This fare includes a wide leather seat and free seat selection.
• This fare includes In-flight entertainment.
• This fare includes Meals, Drinks and unlimited Snack Bar.
• This fare includes a comfort pack.

Changes:

• Date and time changes permitted upon payment of the applicable fare difference before the end of the day of your original scheduled departure.
• Routing changes are permitted upon payment of the applicable fare difference before the original scheduled flight opens for check-in at the airport.
• Name changes are permitted before the original scheduled flight opens for check-in at the airport.
• Name changes can be made for an individual passenger on a booking, but must apply to all flights for that passenger.

Cancellations:

• This fare is non refundable

Children and Infants:

• Children (aged 2-11 years on scheduled departure day) pay 100% of the adult fare.
• Infants (aged under 2 years on scheduled departure day) who do not occupy a seat will be charged an infant fee on all flights except New Zealand and Japan domestic flights and flights to and from Cook Islands.

Flight Definitions:

• Domestic Flights are flights that depart and arrive within the same country.
• Short Haul International Flights are international flights that operate on either a A320 or A321 aircraft (excluding flights between Australia and New Zealand).
• Long Haul International Flights are international flights that operate on an A330 or 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
• Intra Asia flights are international flights that do not depart or arrive in Australia and operate on either an A320 or A321 aircraft.
• Trans Tasman flights are flights that operate between Australia and New Zealand.
